Streamlining Cliente Selection Through Strategic Filtering — Platanus' Landing Page

Platanus was a reknowned software factory in Santiago, Chile. We worked with many projects at a time, but were always looking for new projects.
Because of our reputation, we had many clients reaching out to us every week. We we couldn't spend the amount of time we were spending on managing this process, so we had to make some changes in order to filter and decide which projects to do.
We started by revamping our landing page because it didn't filter out any type of client.
For example, we didn't enjoy doing simple websites. We were only taking on projects that were challenging and stimulating, so we had to deny many clients per week who wanted us to make simple things, like a landing page.
Our rates were also higher than the average in our field, and we wasted many meetings discussing this. So we decided to be frank about it and filter out people who weren't going to accept them.
There where many other changes of this sort, with the idea of saving time and reaching the correct audience.
It saved us over 10 meetings a week, where at least 3-4 people from our team had to attend, which makes up for more than 40hrs of man-hours & thousands of dollars that were dedicated elsewhere.
